FBA is a global product, currently launched in the US, UK, Japan, Germany and France and this position will offer the right candidate a chance to work with a passionate, top-notch team while also offering broad exposure to various business, sales and technical teams within Amazon across multiple markets.

You will be responsible for ensuring that FBA sellers have all the tools, business intelligence and operational support required to grow their business with us. This role calls for an exceptional individual who can demonstrate sound product management skills (analytical, business judgment, communication, product discipline) in addition to having experience in executing on a product strategy.

Key Responsibilities for the position include:
• Define and track Seller Success and Growth metrics.
• Create and execute on a global research strategy within the Amazon seller population and channel the learning back into our product roadmap.
• Create and execute on a global product roadmap that will result in increased Seller Success.
• Be an effective voice of the Seller and ensure that drivers for Seller Success and Growth are represented on our product roadmap with appropriate priority.
• Execute on a nimble, proactive communication strategy with our sellers and our internal stakeholders to ensure various audiences have information they need.
• Partner with internal stakeholders such as Technology, Sales, Seller Support, Product Line teams, and Customer Service to ensure that merchants have the tools, business intelligence and support they need to grow their FBA business.

A successful candidate will bring to the table:

• A strong background (5+ years) in product management and financial ; e-commerce experience is a plus. Ability to think both strategically and tactically
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a high level of motivation
• Proven analytical skills and highly numerate with advanced Excel skills; Intermediate knowledge of SQL is a strong plus
• Curiosity to dig several layers deep into metrics, have an innate desire to understand key drivers and whether they are the correct or best metrics to measure/manage a business or process
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple projects – work prioritization, planning and task delegation
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Exceptional interpersonal and communicate (both written and verbal) skills
• MBA is required
